1. Terms and Conditions on Health Gene Ltd. Services:

  • Customers must present their identity cards and printed or electronic order confirmation letter on the appointment day
  • No refund is allowed when the Order has been confirmed.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of Health Gene Ltd. should be final.

Disclaimer: The body checkups and laboratory tests performed are for health screening purpose only. Please advised that in spite of a seemingly normal examination, some people may still harbor undetectable medical conditions that manifest at a later stage. I shall consult a doctor for any diagnosis and treatment, in which the cost is not included in the amount paid to Health Gene Limited.

2.Registration

You may (online or use other methods) fill in one or more of the Company’s registration or application form in order to use certain services and / or information. You promise the following when filling in the forms:

  1. as request, to provide personal identifiable information which is true, accurate, up to date and complete ;
  2. to provide identifiable information or content (“other information”) which is true, accurate, up to date and complete through any website and;
  3. Maintain and promptly update your personally identifiable information and other information in order to protect its true, accuracy, latest and completion

If you provide false, inaccurate, outdated and incomplete information or any other personal identifiable information, or Health Gene Ltd. has reason to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not up to date or incomplete, Health Gene Ltd. has right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any or all current or future use of any services and / or information (or any part thereof).

3.Online Payment

In any online payment platform provided by the Company, then Health Gene Ltd. shall not be liable for any of your online payment for the following reasons for any loss or damage suffered (including indirect and consequential loss and damage) including:

  1. The bank and / or third party merchants for processing credit card payments or other convenient payment channel transmission system to convey any message for any information or any failure, delay, interruption, suspension, or transfer restrictions;
  2. Errors or omissions caused by the transmission mentioned above.
  3. Any failure of such payment channel, malfunction or failure; and
  4. Any matter caused by or in connection with above payment channel
