Before your check-up: 
  1. Please fast for 8 hours before your checkup, you may drink water during the period.
  2. Stool and urine sample collection kits will be handed to you at the clinic.
  3. You should not submit your urine and stool samples during menstruation, they can be submitted later if you are unable to provide them on the day of your checkup. Please submit them at least 7 days after your menstrual cycle has ended.
  4. Urine and stool samples can be submitted later if you are unable to provide them on the day of your checkup.
  5. When your urine or stool sample is ready, you should submit them to our clinic within 24 hours.
