Once your order has been placed, our staff will contact you for order confirmation .


Before your Health Check Up: 

  • Please fast for 8 hours before your checkup, you may drink water during the period.
  • Consuming alcohol before might affect the results.
  • During the menstrual period, it is not suitable for the examiner to collect urine or stool samples. These samples can be submitted to the clinic centre at least 7 days after the menstrual period is over.
  • Stool and urine sample collection kits will be handed to you at the clinic, please do not use other containers to collect the samples on your own.
  • Urine and stool samples can be submitted later if you are unable to provide them on the day of your checkup. Once the stool or urine samples is ready, the samples must be submitted within 24 hours to our clinic centre.
  • Pregnant women should not undergo any X-Ray checkups.
