Note: 

• Hong Kong Residents are not required to undergo “stool examination for parasites and Hansen’s disease”. 
• Children under 6 years of age are exempt from health examination,
  but the certificate of vaccination is necessary. (Child age one and above should get at least one dose of measles and rubella vaccines).
• Pregnant women and children under 12 years of age are exempt from chest X-ray examination; Pregnant women should undergo chest X-ray examination after the child’s birth.

• Passport (Original): Must be valid for at least six months.

• Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID)

• Vaccination Record: (If not available, this is permissible.)

• One Passport Photo (45mm x 35mm) with a White Background: Ideally taken within the last three months.

Applicants who are 18 years of age or under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the following additional documents:

• Birth Certificate or Legal Guardianship Letter

• Identity Card or Passport of the Parent or Legal Guardian
