❌During the menstrual period, it is not suitable for collecting urine samples. The sampls can be submitted to the clinic centre at least 7 days after the menstrual period is over.

🩺 Test Procedure: Registration ➝ Physical Examination ➝ Blood draw ➝ Urine Sample ➝ X-Ray ; takes around 1-1.5hrs

⚠️Pre-employment Health Check: Additional Terms & Conditions

• Medical Documentation: An administrative fee of HK$300 will be charged if a doctor’s certification of fitness for work (e.g., “Fit/Unfit for work”) is required on the report, or if a specific form provided by the client/employer needs to be completed.

• Booking Arrangements: For any of the aforementioned additional services, manual scheduling and confirmation by our staff are required. Please do not proceed with online booking or payment. We will arrange a specific appointment slot for you upon inquiry.

• Special Requests: For any non-standard or bespoke requirements, fees will be subject to separate negotiation.

• Dispute Resolution: Health Gene Limited reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding all terms and services.

• Refund Policy: Once an appointment is scheduled and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Reminders:

1. Please fast for 8 hours before your blood test, you may drink water during the time.
2. Pregnant women should not have X-ray scans.
3. Urine sample collection kits will be handed to you at the clinic.
4. You should not submit your urine sample during menstruation, it can be submitted later if you are unable to provide them on the day of your checkup. Please submit them at least 7 days after your menstrual cycle has ended.
5. When your urine sample is ready, you should submit them to our clinic within 24 hours.
