Pre employment health check
This package includes:

Please note that, if your report requires the doctor to state whether you are “fit or not fit for work”, OR if there is an additional form for us to fill out and sign, an additional fee of HK$300 will be applied. Kindly inform us in advance for final confirmation with the additional requests BEFORE making a payment. In case of any dispute, the decision of Health Gene Ltd. should be final.

Reminders:
- Please fast for 8 hours before your blood test, you may drink water during the time.
- Pregnant women should not have X-ray scans.
- Urine sample collection kits will be handed to you at the clinic.
- You should not submit your urine sample during menstruation, it can be submitted later if you are unable to provide them on the day of your checkup. Please submit them at least 7 days after your menstrual cycle has ended.
- When your urine sample is ready, you should submit them to our clinic within 24 hours.
